Circular Duct Electric Heater

EKA electric duct heaters are designed to heat fresh air in ventilation systems. The casing is made of aluzinc-coated steel, which is resistant to high temperatures. The heating elements are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The heaters are equipped with 2 protection thermostats and screw terminals for easy connection. The casing has rubber seals for air duct connection.

All EKA electric duct heaters have two-stage overheating protection:

1) The first stage activates when the temperature reaches 50 °C (resets automatically - automatic reset function).

2) The second stage activates when the temperature reaches 100 °C (resets manually via a button on the casing - manual reset function).

Heaters can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The maximum outlet air temperature is 50 °C. EKA does not have an internal temperature controller. In this case, external heating controllers EKR are used. Heaters with an internal temperature controller (EKA … NV, EKA … NI and EKA … NIS) have this controller.
