They are preferred by architects for their elegant appearance and are widely used in air conditioning systems due to their homogeneous air diffusion. The ability to change the discharge direction up to 180° or, in some types, to close them when necessary, has given slot diffusers a distinct and special place in their application area. Types with 1 to 4 slots are available, depending on the air volume discharged per unit length.
