Project Request
Temperature and humidity in pharmaceutical storage areas must be held stable to comply with pharma standards. The existing ventilation infrastructure could not heat conditioned air quickly and precisely enough.
Solution
Duct-type electric heaters sized to the warehouse volume were specified, then integrated into the plant automation with staged control and safety thermostats. This kept the setpoint precisely on target and prevented fluctuations that could affect product quality.
